Silent Partners is a boutique consulting firm based in Central Texas. We provide extraordinarily high-touch accounting and operational consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations. Let's Meet
Norma Garza, Principal
Norma S. Garza, is a certified public accountant who received an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Norma has over 25 years of experience working in the public and private accounting (including tax) sectors including serving as senior tax professional at Grant Thornton and Burton, McCumber & Cortez, LLP. She worked as the director of marketing and outreach for a pediatric therapy center in Shanghai and Beijing, China (2011-2012). From 2005 to 2010 Norma served as a senior advisor to the U.S. Department of Education (DOEd) in Washington, DC . and served as a commissioner on the White House Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans Commission (2002-2005).
